How quickly do I get my loan?
MoneyBoat fund their loans between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They can initiate the transfer process of funds into your account within 15 minutes after final approval of your loan subject to an assessment of affordability and credit worthiness, but out of hours money will be transferred the next working day. Loans are sent via faster payments directly to your bank.
How do I repay my loan?
MoneyBoat will collect your repayments straight from your debit card on your agreed repayment dates that you set in your application, this would typically be the dates that you get paid. It is important to make sure that there are enough funds in your account to cover all repayments as this could leave a negative trace on your credit score.
What happens if I miss payments?
You should contact the MoneyBoat customer care team as early as possible if you are unable to meet any of your repayments . You may be charged a default fee of up to £15 for missing a payment and interest will continue to accrue whilst your loan is in default up to a maximum of 100% of the amount borrowed.
